VK Properties is a family-run commercial leasing and development company that has been in business for more than 30 years.  We own and manage a mix of retail, office and industrial properties in Grand Rapids, Plainfield Township and Rockford.  Our office is located on beautiful Versluis Lake on Northland Drive.

Led by brother/sister team Brian and Jan VanderKooy, we take pride in maintaining our properties and being responsive to the needs of our tenants.  We realize the space requirements of our tenants can change for a variety of reasons and are usually able to accommodate those changes within our own properties without costly lease termination fees.  We strive to bring unique design to our projects and provide tenants with opportunities to work in the same areas they live and shop.

Key to our success is the network of business and professional alliances that we have developed.  Architectural design, construction and remodeling and signage can all be coordinated through our proven contractors.
